Received an ERC Starting Grant in 2015 for his project SLAB (Signal and Learning Applied to Brain data); received an ANR Chaire grant on Artificial Intelligence called BrAIN in 2019. Contributed to the development of open-source software such as scikit-learn and MNE.
Research Experience
Currently a senior research scientist manager at Meta Reality Labs in Paris. Previously, he was a research director at Inria, leading the MIND team. He was also a co-director of the Center for Data Science at Université Paris-Saclay.
Education
Worked at the Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging at Harvard University; was an assistant professor for 5 years in the signal processing and machine learning department at Telecom Paris.
