Since January 2025, a postdoc at the Mathematical Institute in Oxford, supported by a Swiss SNF Postdoc.Mobility grant.
Education
Defended a PhD in October 2024 at the University of Geneva, specializing in Geometric Group Theory under the supervision of Tatiana Nagnibeda.
Background
Interests include different types of growth of groups (volume growth, geodesic growth, cogrowth, and the associated growth series), formal languages, decision problems, random walks. Some favorite groups to work with are nilpotent groups, lamplighter groups, and Grigorchuk-type groups. Also interested in IRS's, amenability, percolation, and orders on groups.
