Background
Professor in Statistics and an EPSRC Open Research Fellow. His research advances the statistical foundations of quantitative and scientific imaging, focusing on developing robust, highly accurate solutions for high-value applications where image data serves as evidence for decision-making or scientific discovery. Over the past 15 years, he has made important contributions to Bayesian imaging sciences and developed significant connections between the statistical, variational, and machine learning approaches to imaging.
Miscellany
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1984. Committed to developing early career talent, currently involved in the supervision of three PhD students and two PDRAs, and has supervised six PhD students and three PDRAs to completion.
