Involved in several research projects such as 'Stochastic Processes on Evolving Networks' (supported by DFG), TRR146 'Multiscale Simulation Methods for Soft Matter Systems', SPP 2265 'Random Geometric Systems', and the ANR-DFG funded grant 'Random Energy Models: Extremes, Complex temperature, Optimization'. Since March 2023, she has been a member of the executive board of the DMV Fachgruppe Stochastik. She is also a coordinator and mentor for 'Jugend trainiert Mathematik'.
Research Experience
Former Courant Instructor at the Courant Institute for Mathematical Sciences in New York; currently a professor at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a member of the stochastics group there.
