Research Experience
TA for Introduction to Quantum Computing at Columbia in Fall 2022; TA for Topological Aspects of Error Correcting Codes at the Park City Mathematics Institute Graduate Summer School in Summer 2023; Intern at NTT Research working with Mark Zhandry in Summer 2024; Worked at Kalshi derivatives exchange, designing and building the exchange and connections with external parties; Worked at Citadel on the Alpha Research and Development team, involved in X-Alpha and Leonov projects.
Education
PhD: Theory Group at Columbia University, advised by Henry Yuen; Graduate Student: Institute for Quantum Computing at the University of Waterloo, advised by John Watrous.
Background
Research Interests: Theoretical computer science, with a focus on quantum computation. Research areas include understanding fully-quantum tasks such as quantum cryptography, unitary complexity theory, and algorithms for learning from quantum data.
