Education
Received his Ph.D. in Statistics from North Carolina State University in 2011 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Biostatistics at UNC Chapel Hill.
Background
Professor of Biostatistics at the Yale School of Public Health; research focuses on developing hierarchical Bayesian methods for (i) spatial and spatiotemporal data, (ii) assessing the impact of environmental exposures on human health, and (iii) characterizing the spread of infectious diseases; methodological interests include spatial and spatiotemporal modeling as well as Bayesian nonparametrics.
