Academic Achievements
- He has authored or co-authored more than 100 academic papers published in top journals or conferences such as IEEE TPAMI/TIP/TNNLS/TCAD/TMM, JMLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, AAAI, HPCA, MICRO, DATE. He has been awarded the LU JIAXI Young Talent award from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the first class prize of Natural Sciences from the Chinese Institute of Electronics.
Research Experience
- He is currently a professor at the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, with research areas including efficient computing for neural networks, intelligent scientific computing (AI4S), and autonomous unmanned systems.
Education
- He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics from Wuhan University in 1998 and 2001, respectively. In 2004, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
