Obtained Ph.D. in September 2015 from the Department of Physics, New York University, mentored by Prof. Matthieu Wyart at the Center for Soft Matter Research; Completed Bachelor's degree in Science from Peking University, China in 2010.
Background
Currently a postdoc fellow at Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics, University of California Santa Barbara. Research interests include but are not limited to: Phylodynamics of fast mutating viruses, like flu; Elastic mechanisms of allosteric proteins; Intracellular gene regulation; Evolution, learning of complex networks; Jamming and rigidity transition; Non-equilibrium dynamical transitions.
