After her medical school and training in Cardiology in Japan, she completed her doctoral training in epidemiology in the United States.
Background
Soko Setoguchi, MD, DrPH is a cardiologist by training, board-certified internist, and epidemiologist. She is a Professor of Medicine, Director of Clinical Research Education, and Director of Clinician Researcher Track in the Medicine Residency Program at the Department of Medicine, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS). She is also a Professor of Epidemiology at Rutgers School of Public Health and Co-Director of the Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Science (MS-CTS) at Rutgers School of Graduate Studies.
