Currently a Research Scientist at ByteDance Multimedia Lab (San Diego); Previously, Postdoc at UIUC (supervised by Prof. Klara), The University of Hong Kong (supervised by Prof. Chuan Wu), and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (supervised by Prof. Bo Li). Collaborates closely with Prof. Jiangchuan Liu at SFU.

Research Interests: Optimization of multimedia systems, particularly in the context of video transmission over real-world networks. Focuses on improving the efficiency and robustness of video streaming under challenging conditions such as packet loss, limited bandwidth, and network variability.
