Background
  • Research Interests:
  • - Reliability assessment using statistical, machine learning, and physics-based surrogate modeling
  • - Risk-informed design optimization and decision-making under uncertainty
  • - Uncertainty quantification of structural responses through stochastic simulation
  • - Disaster resilience evaluation of civil infrastructures
  • Field: Civil and Environmental Engineering
  • Introduction: Our lab focuses on advancing the reliability, risk, and resilience of civil infrastructures such as bridges, buildings, and lifeline systems under natural and human-made hazards. We integrate statistical and machine learning approaches with physics-based modeling to develop practically accurate and computationally efficient methods for structural analysis and decision-making.
Miscellany
  • Other: The lab welcomes undergraduate and graduate students. For more information, please check the Contact tab.
