Resume (English only)
Academic Achievements
  • Published multiple papers, including those accepted by NeurIPS 2025, ICML 2025, IJCAI 2025, ICLR 2025, etc.; serving as a reviewer for JMLR, TPAMI, TNNLS, TMLR, MACH, JMLC, IEEE TCDS, IEEE/CAA, and a member of the (senior) program committee (NeurIPS, AAAI, ICLR, IJCAI, ICML, AAMAS, UAI, ICRA, CoRL, CIKM, ECAI, DAI).
Research Experience
  • Currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Intelligence Science and Technology, Nanjing University; previously a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Intelligent Robot Learning Lab and RLAI, University of Alberta (2021-2024).
Education
  • Received Ph.D. in 2021 from Tianjin University, supervised by Jianye Hao; PhD thesis titled 'Efficient Deep Multiagent Reinforcement Learning Based on Transfer Learning'.
Background
  • Major research interests: deep Reinforcement Learning (RL), multiagent systems, and AI Agent, especially in building intelligent agents with complex reasoning ability, high efficiency, generalization, and scalability through transfer/multi-task learning, hierarchical learning, and opponent modeling. Also interested in exploring continuous learning in open scenarios.
Miscellany
  • Looking for research assistants (master/PhD students starting in Fall 2027) interested in (deep) reinforcement learning, multiagent learning, or AI Agents.
