Background
- I am a professor and Ohio Eminent Scholar in the Math department of The Ohio State University. I work in Applied Mathematics, specializing in Computational Mathematics, and more specifically, numerical analysis and scientific computing. My primary research focus these days is on Machine Learning methods for scientific computing, with an emphasis on Data Driven Modeling and Discovery. I also work extensively on Uncertainty Quantification.
