Led several national key R&D projects, published over 200 papers in high-impact journals like IEEE TNNLS and Nano Energy, with more than 150 indexed by SCI. Holds 34 national invention patents. Recipient of awards including the Natural Science Award of Chongqing. Serves as an editor for Artificial Intelligence Review and Electronics.

Graduated from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in June 1999 with a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control; obtained a Ph.D. in Computer Software and Theory from Chongqing University in July 2008; conducted postdoctoral research in Control Science and Engineering at Chongqing University from September 2009 to August 2012.

Professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest University, recipient of the Chongqing Talents Innovation Leading Talent Award, and Outstanding Young Teacher of Chongqing. Director of the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Brain-like Computing and Intelligent Chips. Main research areas include electronic information and artificial intelligence, such as memristive devices and systems, chaotic systems, nonlinear circuit design, deep learning, and digital image processing.
