Major research achievements include: establishing a method system for dynamic network biomarkers (DNB) and critical warning of diseases; developing high-dimensional data association-time information conversion (STI) theory and methods for high-precision prediction of short time series data; establishing new methods for direct causal association inference (PMI, PCM, EE), particularly developing delay-embedded dynamical causality theory and methods; establishing brain-like neural network chaotic annealing theory and general deep learning algorithms (CSA and CBP); developing various foundational models for AI empowerment in the field of biomedicine.
