Contributions have appeared in leading machine learning venues including NeurIPS, ICML, AISTATS, Journal of Machine Learning Research, as well as top-tier journals such as SIAM Journal on Optimization, SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization. Developed the widely-cited EF21 algorithm.

Conducts PhD research at ETH Zurich, focusing on developing theoretically grounded algorithms for machine learning and optimization, particularly in data efficiency, scalability, and safety. Previously, worked on control theory problems and federated learning.
