Published multiple papers in the fields of Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence, such as 'Sensor distance learning for cross-camera color constancy' and 'SV-GaSRelight: Single-View Gaussian Splatting for 3D Human Relighting'. Participated in several international conferences like ICIP and ACIVS. Won the Best Paper award at the International Conference on Computer Analysis of Images and Patterns in 2021.
Research Experience
A member of the computer vision team at Hubert Curien Laboratory, with research aimed at automatically extracting physical, semantic, and robust information from color images. Current research interests include color constancy and invariance, 3D motion analysis, light reflection models, explainable and frugal AI.
Background
Currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Saint-Etienne, teaching a variety of Computer Vision topics (3D reconstruction, Tracking and motion analysis, Color processing), Deep Learning and Machine Learning, and Color Science. Also serves as the academic coordinator for the European Master (EMJM) program (IMLEX).
