Research Experience
- In July 2018, he joined NAVER CLOVA and founded DUET, an AI ARS project, which is now extended to Contact Center AI (CCAI) project (AiCall, CareCall, …). He was also the technical leader of the Conversation team, responsible for NLP modeling for chatbots, callbots, and HyperCLOVA.

- Interests: Large Language Model, Natural Language Processing. Biography: Currently working remotely from London as a research scientist at Neurofusion, a Korean finance startup. Before joining Neurofusion, he served as program leader and executive director at NAVER Cloud, developing HyperCLOVA X, NAVER’s flagship large language model, and Korean AI agents, including CLOVA X. Before that, he was the leader of Language Research team, which is the NLP group of NAVER AI LAB, and the technical leader of Conversation team, which was an NLP modeling group of NAVER CLOVA for chatbots, callbots, and HyperCLOVA.
