  • Involved in several research projects such as GENIUS (Generative AI for supporting competency building in scientific argumentation), KISS-Pro (Professionalization concepts and usage perspectives of AI-based feedback systems and writing agents for language learning in schools), and DARIUS (Digital Argumentation Instruction for Science).
  • Published multiple academic papers, including studies on judgment accuracy in primary school EFL writing assessment, comparing different machine-learning approaches for automated assessment of text quality traits among L1- and L2-learners’ argumentative essays, etc.
