Served as a general chair for EAI GameNets 2022, a publications chair for IEEE VTC 2023 Fall, and a symposium chair for IEEE Globecom 2023, IEEE VTC 2024 Spring, and IEEE ICC 2025. Currently serves as an Editor for IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, IEEE Communication Letters, and IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society (OJ-COM). Received Exemplary Reviewer Certificates from the IEEE Transactions on Communications in 2017 and 2021, and Exemplary Editor Certificates from IEEE OJ-COM in 2021 and 2023. Won the IEEE SPCC Early Achievement Award in 2023. Also received the 2024 Junior Faculty Award of Excellence in Research.

Currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Computer Science at Western University, Canada. She was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Engineering at Durham University, UK, from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, she served as a Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester, UK from 2018 to 2020.
