Professor of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics at Duke University, and chief of the Division of Translational Biomedical Informatics. Secondary appointments in the Department of Pediatrics (not a pediatrician) and Population Health, and a member of the Duke Clinical Research Institute and the Children’s Health & Discovery Initiative. Research interests are in the meaningful use of Electronic Health Records data. Work sits at the intersection of Biostatistics, Biomedical Informatics, Epidemiology and Machine Learning.
