Recognized with an NSF CAREER Award, a VMWare Early Career Faculty Award, a Facebook Faculty Research Award, a Google Research Award, and several best paper awards at SIGCOMM and NSDI. His students have gone on to work at prestigious companies and universities such as Meta, AWS, and Microsoft Research, and have won awards like the Rubinoff award for best Computer Science thesis and the Penn Presidential Ph.D. Fellowship.

Currently an Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, leading the Distributed Systems Lab (DSL) and the PennNetworks group. Previously, he received his Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
