Involved in various research projects including public-key pseudoentanglement, effect of non-unital noise on random circuit sampling, etc.
Education
Currently a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Chicago, supervised by William Fefferman; from 2018 to 2020, was a Master’s student at the University of Waterloo under the supervision of John Watrous and part of the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC); completed undergraduate studies at Jadavpur University, India, in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, from 2014 to 2018.

Broad interests in quantum computing, specifically in quantum complexity theory, quantum algorithms, near-term quantum computation, and quantum cryptography. Also interested in algorithms, complexity theory, and theoretical computer science more generally.
