Earlier, a PMRF Research Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, working on 'Optimizing LLMs to improve sustainability' and 'Social Media Analytics for mitigating Disasters and Epidemics' under the guidance of Dr. Saptarshi Ghosh.
