Recipient of the IEEE VIS 2025 Best Paper Award for 'NLI4VolVis: Natural Language Interaction for Volume Visualization via LLM Multi-Agents and Editable 3D Gaussian Splatting'; two papers accepted to IEEE VIS 2025, one paper accepted to ACL 2025 findings.
Research Experience
Works in the ND-VIS Lab, focusing on exploring multi-modal LLM agents for agentic visualization of 3D/4D scientific data through the MCP framework.
Education
Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, working with Prof. Chaoli Wang; Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from Fudan University, graduated in July 2024, spent a semester as an exchange student at the University of Sydney, and conducted summer research with Prof. Toby Li at Notre Dame.
Background
Research interests lie at the intersection of scientific visualization, human-computer interaction, and natural language processing. Currently, focusing on leveraging large language models to make the complex process of scientific visualization more intuitive and accessible.
