Education
Completed Ph.D. from USC in 2021 with a thesis titled 'Smarter Markets for a Smarter Grid: Pricing Randomness, Flexibility and Risk'; obtained M.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.A. in Applied Mathematics from USC in 2020; B.S. in Electrical Engineering from USC in 2008.
Background
Currently an Assistant Professor in ECE at the University at Albany, SUNY. Research interests include control, game theory, stochastic optimization, and reinforcement learning. Current focuses are on market and mechanism design for smart energy systems, non-stationary and multi-agent reinforcement learning, and interpretable AI.
