Research Experience
Before joining NYU, worked for two years in the Brain Function and Disease lab led by Prof. Xiaochu Zhang, contributing to the neurofeedback system powered by machine/deep learning models. Currently focusing on application and theoretical learning problems related to breast cancer screening.
Education
Undergraduate degree from the School of Gifted Young, University of Science and Technology of China, with a B.S. in Statistics and a B.A. in Business Administration. Currently a Ph.D. student at New York University, Center for Data Science.
Background
Research interests include multi-modal deep learning, knowledge graph, and responsible data science. Interested in various innovative AI applications and enjoys brainstorming and discussions with people from industry and academia.
Miscellany
Was a soccer team captain and studied boxing in college. Now a fan of Marie Kondo and eager to build up a personal life-organizing philosophy and methodology, starting with helping friends get organized. Hometown: Handan.
