Research Experience
Currently an Assistant Professor at IIIT Hyderabad, affiliated with the Centre for Quantum Science and Technology (CQST) and the Centre for Security, Theory and Algorithmic Research (CSTAR). Previously, he was an F.R.S. - FNRS postdoctoral fellow at the Centre for Quantum Information and Communication (QuIC), Université libre de Bruxelles, working with Jérémie Roland.
Education
PhD: December 2017, University of Lisbon, affiliated with the Physics of Information and Quantum Technologies Group, supervised by Yasser Omar. During his PhD, he was also a visiting researcher at QuSoft, CWI Amsterdam, hosted by Stacey Jeffery.
Background
Research interests: quantum computation and quantum algorithms. Specializes in designing new quantum algorithms, improving existing ones, and using concepts from quantum linear algebra to develop novel quantum algorithms.
