Published several high-quality papers and obtained patents. Successfully co-supervised two DPhil students.
Research Experience
- Worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Engineering Science, University of Oxford from 2018 to 2022, where he designed robust models for computer-assisted endoscopy. He led various endoscopy-related project developments in close collaboration with consultant gastroenterologists from the Oxford NHS University Hospitals.
- Currently holds a visiting fellow position at the University of Oxford.
Education
- Master's degree by research in Computer Vision from the University of Burgundy, France (2010-2012), thesis on 'Retinal image analysis from fundus imaging'.
- PhD in Image Analysis from the University of Lorraine, CNRS - CRAN laboratory at Nancy, France (awarded in 01/2016), focused on developing robust computer vision algorithms for monitoring bladder cancer progression by accurately creating mosaics from endoscopic videos.
