- Awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal by Universities Canada in 2025; winner of the 2024-2025 George S. Glinski Award for Excellence in Research in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ottawa; Best Paper Award at IEEE Globecom 2024 for a collaborative work with CIENA; received the IEEE ComSoc CSIM-TC 2024 Best Journal Paper Award for a comprehensive survey on edge learning for 6G-enabled IoT.
