Research Experience
Involved in research projects on brain-inspired machine learning, generative models for molecules, zero-shot outlier detection, and optimization algorithms during master's; conducted multiple NLP-related projects during undergraduate studies.
Education
First-year PhD student at the Machine Learning Department, Carnegie Mellon University, advised by Professor Aran Nayebi; during master's, worked with Professor Aran Nayebi on brain-inspired ML, with Professor Barnabás Póczos on generative models for molecules, and with Professor Leman Akoglu on zero-shot outlier detection, also worked with Professor Xiaorui Liu on decentralized algorithms; concentrated on Natural Language Processing (NLP) during undergraduate years, working on summarization, few-shot sentiment analysis, and chatbots.
