Resume (English only)
Academic Achievements
  • Publications: Fisher scoring for crossed factor linear mixed models (2021), BLMM: Parallelised computing for big linear mixed models (2022), Spatial Confidence Regions for Combinations of Excursion Sets in Image Analysis (2022).
Research Experience
  • Recent research has focused on establishing probabilistic bounds for random excursion sets and introducing novel derivations for mixed model parameter estimation in publications. Worked on coding projects including developing software tools for conducting large-sample fMRI linear mixed model and linear model analyses, as well as creating spatial confidence regions for fMRI conjunction inference. Contributed to several established fMRI software packages, such as the SwE and IBMA toolboxes.
Education
  • PhD in NeuroImaging, 2018-2022, Nuffield Department of Population Health, University of Oxford; BSc in Data Science, 2014-2017, Department of Statistics, University of Warwick.
Background
  • Lecturer in Statistics at the University of Bristol. Research interests include distributed machine learning, spatial statistics for fMRI imaging of the human brain, linear mixed models, and random field theory.
Miscellany
  • Interests: Linear Mixed Models, Random Field Theory, FMRI Inference, Spatial Statistics.
