- Biography: Panpan Cai is currently an associate professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the National University of Singapore. His research focuses on tackling large-scale decision-making problems in robotics involving complex environments, uncertainties, and long-term planning.
