Research Experience
Currently a Research Associate at the Professorship for Cognitive Sensor Systems at the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics, University of Passau, Germany. Current research focus includes immersive visualization of multidimensional industrial X-ray computed tomography (XCT) data from non-destructive testing (NDT) and cross-reality/virtuality analytics.

Worked several years at the Computed Tomography Research Group at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. Holder of the TÜV AUSTRIA Science Prize 2023 for his master's thesis. Nominated for the OCG Funding Award 2022.
Background
Computer Scientist, with a research focus on the interface between Visual Analytics and Immersive Analytics. Involved in the research, development, and evaluation of interactive data visualization in immersive environments such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). Research also revolves around cross-reality (CR) or cross-virtuality analytics (XV), as well as location-independent remote analytics for abstract and spatial data.
