  • Author/editor of multiple books; served as Editor-in-Chief or Area Editor for several IEEE journals; elected as an IEEE Fellow in 2015 for contributions to spectrum management and resource allocation in cognitive and cellular radio networks; elected as a Member of the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of the Royal Society of Canada in 2016; listed as a Clarivate Analytics Highly Cited Researcher in Computer Science since 2017.
