Academic Achievements
1. Published a paper on RNA language modeling, titled 'Multi-purpose RNA language modelling with motif-aware pretraining and type-guided fine-tuning,' in Nature Machine Intelligence.
2. Authored several preprints, including 'Insights from Verification: Training a Verilog Generation LLM with Reinforcement Learning with Testbench Feedback.'
3. Gave a talk on RNAErnie at Microsoft AI APRD in August 2024.

Since June 2023, pursuing a PhD at City University of Hong Kong. Started a part-time internship at Microsoft in September 2024.

Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Control Science and Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University; currently a PhD student in Computer Science at City University of Hong Kong, advised by Prof. Nan Guan.
Background
Research interests: the intersection of deep learning and automatic hardware design, and bioinformatics, particularly in hardware language generation and debugging, and RNA language modeling.
