Before joining Bowie State University, served as an Assistant Professor at UMBC and was a member of the Mobile, Pervasive, and Sensor Computing Lab.

Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), supervised by Dr. Nirmalya Roy; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).
