- Started his independent career in 2011 at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
Education
- Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University in 2008; later pursued post-doctoral studies in Prof. Steve Buchwald’s group at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

- Research interests include: remote C-H functionalization, bioinspired catalysis, heterocyclic chemistry, photocatalysis, and electrochemistry. Currently, he is a Professor of Chemistry at IIT Bombay.
