Background
Currently a Research Associate at the Early Cancer Institute, University of Cambridge, working with Dr. Mireia Crispin and Prof. James Brenton
Research interests include inverse problems, computational imaging, Bayesian deep learning, and multi-omic data analysis
Particularly focused on explainable and generalizable AI for computer vision, medical image analysis, and cancer research
PhD thesis titled “Deep Image Decomposition and Reconstruction”, developing deep learning-based mathematical and statistical frameworks for inverse problems in photography and medical imaging, with applications in natural image super-resolution and medical image segmentation
MSc thesis titled “Regularization-Based Approaches for Tensor Completion”, exploring inverse problems in tensor completion with applications in color images, videos, and MRI
