- We published our work for the community on our cloud-based instance for digital pathology WSI visualization, automated segmentation, and error correction for training a semantic segmentation model.
- Released FUSION (Functional Unit State Identification in WSIs), a dynamic and interactive visualization tool specialized for spatially resolved molecular-omics and histology images.
- The CMIL team has received $2,084,185 in funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) OT2 award to build a multimodal, ethically focused, AI-based model for screening, diagnosing, and caring for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
Research Experience
Developing novel computational methods to study and understand tissue micro-anatomy using histopathology and spatial-omics data acquired via diverse technologies. Our major focus currently involves studying diabetic kidney disease in humans.
