Research Experience
  • Led development of multiple software projects, including DMTCP (Distributed Multithreaded Checkpointing)
  • Led the MANA for MPI project (checkpointing MPI using the DMTCP platform), in collaboration with NERSC, MemVerge, and the DMTCP team
  • Supervised the development of Geant4MT (multi-threaded version of Geant4), now integrated into Geant4 version 10.0
  • Supervised the Roomy system for 'Big Data'
  • Runs the High Performance Computing Lab (located in WVH 370)
