Currently serves as an Instructor at Johns Hopkins Medicine, Radiological Physics Division
Research focuses on medical image analysis, particularly in image registration, segmentation, and denoising
Works with various imaging modalities including nuclear medicine (PET/SPECT), CT, and MRI
Collaborates closely with Dr. Yong Du in the Quantitative Imaging Biomarker (QIB) Lab, and with Drs. Aaron Carass and Jerry Prince in the Image Analysis and Communications Lab (IACL)
Maintains an informal affiliation with KU Lab led by Dr. Katsuyuki “Ken” Taguchi
Serves as a committee member of MICCAI’s Special Interest Group in Biomedical Image Registration (SIG-BIR)
Co-organized the Learn2Reg medical image registration challenges at MICCAI 2024 and 2025
