- Quantitative assessment of the robustness of next-generation sequencing of antibody variable gene repertoires from immunized mice (BMC Immunology, 2014)
Research Experience
- Leads the Computational and Systems Immunology research group
- Leads multiple research projects, including:
- AB-AG-INTERACT: Understanding the rules of antibody-antigen binding
- Developing deep learning methods to decipher the 'language' of immune repertoires for vaccine, diagnostic, and therapeutic applications
- Building experimental platforms that combine droplet-based single-cell sequencing with large-scale mass spectrometry to resolve serum antibody repertoires at single-antibody resolution
- AB-AG-DESIGN: Rule-guided in silico design of antibodies and antigens to accelerate therapeutic development
