Research Experience
He is an assistant professor in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence at Arizona State University. Prior to this, he was a postdoctoral appointee in the Mathematics and Computer Science Division at Argonne National Laboratory. He has been involved in teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in operations research, linear programming, integer programming, and network flow models.
Education
Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering, 2020, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI
Background
His research interests lie broadly in operations research and machine learning, especially in developing optimization methodologies for decentralized and stochastic decision-making. Recently, he is interested in advancing distributed optimization and learning algorithms, addressing computational challenges in decision-making under data uncertainty, and their applications for social goods, including health and energy systems.
