Currently an Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Shenzhou Young Scholar at Harbin Institute of Technology
Research interests lie in intelligent software engineering
Focuses on Artificial Intelligence for Software Engineering (AI4SE) and Software Engineering for Artificial Intelligence (SE4AI)
In AI4SE, uses AI techniques to mine software repositories and collective intelligence platforms to understand developer behaviors and software development/evolution processes, and builds intelligent tools to improve development efficiency and software quality/user experience
In SE4AI, investigates software supply chain and technical debt in AI-based software
