Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
Experience in security services, including physical security, insider risk detection, and counterintelligence workflows
Experience working with messy, real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, and joining datasets, to support application or model development
Experience using AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications
Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines by leveraging platforms such as Databricks
Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks, including hallucination, security, or bias, in real implementations
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impacts such as ROI or efficiency
