Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
Experience in delivery operations, including briefing, billing, collections, and related financial and operational support processes
Experience working with messy and real-world data, such as cleaning, transforming, or joining datasets, to support application or model development
Experience using AI and GenAI tools, including LLM engineering, to build or enhance applications
Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages, such as Python
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications, such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines, ideally leveraging platforms like Databricks
Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks in real implementations, such as hallucination, security, or bias
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
Ability to assess feasibility, value, build versus buy decisions, and business impact, including ROI and efficiency
