Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
Experience in contracting, including contract lifecycle management, proposal development, negotiation, and compliance workflows
Experience working with messy, real-world data, such as cleaning, transforming, or joining datasets, to support application or model development
Experience using AI or GenAI tools, such as LLM engineering, to build or enhance applications
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, proposal development, negotiation, and compliance workflows
Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications, such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines, ideally leveraging platforms such as Databricks
Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks, such as hallucination, security, or bias in real implementations
Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impact, such as ROI and efficiency
