Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
Experience in supply chain, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics workflows
Experience working with messy and real-world data, such as cleaning, transforming, or joining datasets, to support application or model development
Experience using AI and GenAI tools to build or enhance applications, such as LLM engineering
Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages, such as Python
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications, such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines, to leverage platforms like Databricks
Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks, such as hallucination, security, and bias, in real implementations
Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, and vector databases
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build versus buy decisions and business impact, such as ROI and efficiency
