Qualifications

Minimum

5+ years of experience performing modeling and quantitative analysis, including agent-based modeling, physics-based modeling, optimization of AI and ML algorithms, and reinforcement learning.

5+ years of experience working with object-oriented programming languages and environments such as Python, Java, C++, C#, R, or MATLAB

2+ years of experience with EO-IR and 3D modeling and simulation software

Ability to effectively and clearly communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients

Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)

Preferred

Experience designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale computational simulations within high-performance computing environments for complex engineering and scientific applications

Experience in image processing, projective geometry, and computer vision techniques

Experience with parallel programming languages and frameworks such as MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, and OpenCL

Experience with developing autonomous system behaviors

Experience with Linux or Unix systems

Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) preferred; Doctorate degree a plus
